Shipping & Returns Policy

Despatch

Same day dispatch of all orders placed before 2pm with a 1-2 day delivery within North Island and 3-4 day delivery inter-island. Please allow additional time for large and bulky items, or rural deliveries. Any orders place after the cut off time will be despatched the following working day.

Returns

In some cases goods may be returned.

Damaged goods, goods not true to original order, mis manufactured goods etc must be notified within 7 days of receipt to assess the claim and a replacement or refund will be supplied as required.

Change of mind is accepted on the premise that:

• The goods are returned with an accompanying approved RMA number (request this prior to returning goods)
• The item is a normal stocked item (not a special order or clearance item)
• Goods to be returned are notified within 14 days of receipt
• The goods are unopened, undamaged and in re-saleable condition
• Returned at buyers expense
• Any retail cartons must be protected by an outer carton (shipping labels cannot be attached to a retail carton, for example).
• Goods are subject to a 15% return & handling fee

Failure to adhere to the above conditions will mean the return is rejected.

Cancellations

Generally, goods are unable to be cancelled once an order is placed. If the order has not been picked, processed or despatched, a cancellation may be processed. Please call the office with your order number for any cancellation requests.
